Payment Instructions

To complete your payment using our platform, please follow these steps:

Select a service that you want to make a payment for below.

Fill in your details in the form that will pop up. Please provide a reference that uniquely identifies you, such as your Admission Number, PF Number, or any unique ID given to you for the payment.

Upon submission, you will be redirected to choose a payment option of your choice. Follow the instructions provided for the selected payment method.

Complete the transaction by following the instructions for the chosen payment option. For example, if you choose M-Pesa, you will be prompted for an STK Push and your M-Pesa PIN.

After completing the payment, return to the website and click the "Complete Payment" button to finalize your payment.

To track your payment, please follow these steps:

Start by entering the telephone number you used to pay for the service. This will help us identify your transactions.

After entering your telephone number, provide the E-Citizen invoice number and select the service associated with the payment

This will help us locate the specific transaction you are looking for.

After entering your details, hit enter to view your transaction details and redownload your receipt if needed.

If you cannot find your transaction and are sure you made the payment, please recheck your details to ensure that the service selected matches what you paid for. If the issue persists, contact us at 0208703105 for assistance.
